Poor vs Wealthy

Published by katarzyna_radzka under Goals Edit This

We’re all capable of achieving big things. We’re all born with the potential to be great regardless of our upbringing, our start and our trust fund. Many people start out with nothing and end up with huge success, while those who start out with everything lose it all because they don’t know how to handle it. Of course sometimes they’re position doesn’t change.

You’re beginning may have something to do with the way you set your goals, and the size of these goals. You could be holding yourself back.

Poor vs wealthy

We’re all capable of wealth, and I’m not talking about just the monetary type. Wealth comes in different shapes and sizes. You can be rich but not wealthy, the same as you can be wealthy but not rich.

Are you poor or wealthy when it comes to your writing goals? Do you raise the bar and challenge yourself or are you under the false belief that because you don’t have x amount of experience, y degree, or z contacts that you won’t be able to write for xyz magazine?

Sure, some people are lucky and they get that big break quickly (or that’s what we tend to think), what we fail to realise is that they had to start somewhere to. The successful writers were amateurs once to, but they decided to think big, aim high and achieve their writing dreams.

If you’re going to write down some goals this week, make sure that they are the wealthy kind. The ones that are realistic but will give you a challenge. Aim a little high, shoot a little further, and you will be surprised at the positive results this tiny change will make in your writing career.
